Tiny Tigers is designed with our tiniest of warriors in mind. This class does require each participant to have an adult on the floor to help them maximize their learning experience on the floor. The class focuses on some key basics such as a routine, stretching, following directions, and learning to bow into class. Students in this class have the opportunity to play games, interact with peers, and learn to take turns all while having fun playing games and learning some of the vocabulary used within the dojo.
Little Ninjas is designed to get our youngest warriors up and moving! Working on skills such as balance, core strength, active movement, discipline, and respect!
In our Little Dragons class, kids learn the basics of Taekwondo with fun, age-appropriate drills that help them build strength, balance, coordination, and focus. They’ll practice real martial arts techniques like kicks, blocks, and punches while also learning important values such as respect, self-control, confidence, and listening skills. Each class helps them grow both physically and mentally, all while having fun and feeling proud of their progress.
Juniors, ages 6 to 13, build strong bodies and confident minds through fun, structured training. Taekwondo helps juniors develop focus, discipline, and respect. Skills that support success at home, in school, and in life. Classes are designed to improve coordination, self-control, and teamwork in a positive, encouraging environment. As they learn self-defense and set personal goals, kids gain confidence and a sense of achievement that stays with them beyond the mat.
We believe martial arts like Taekwondo & Karate offer powerful benefits for both teens and adults. Beyond physical fitness, it builds confidence, discipline, and mental focus. Skills that carry over into school, work, and daily life. Teens gain valuable self-defense techniques and a strong sense of self-respect, while adults find a healthy outlet for stress and a supportive community.
